Job Description
This position serves as a paint process specialist for MOSF, responsible for supporting the technical aspects of planning, driving cost‑reduction initiatives, and acting as a key problem solver to ensure efficient, reliable, and high‑quality paint operations.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot day‑to‑day paint process issues such as coating defects, finish quality, and safety.
Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance paint application efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
Lead the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of paint equipment, tools, and systems (e.g., spray booths, curing ovens, application systems).
Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, equipment, and technical support for paint processes.
Analyze paint system performance and recommend improvements in materials, parameters, and application techniques.
