Position Overview

Freight Team Associates are responsible for stocking merchandise, organizing the sales floor to create a pleasant and safe shopping environment, and providing customer service as required by customer demand. Most associates operate reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines to bring down merchandise to the sales floor. Associates also pick orders when assigned, carefully pack them to prevent damage, and accurately label and place orders into specified holding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve 100% in‑stock.
• Packing‑out and packing‑down merchandise as directed.
• Merchandising new items and promotions.
• Maintaining aisle cleanliness and shoppability to ensure merchandise is accessible and visually appealing.
