Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage boxed beef sales within no assigned territory inittialy. This independent contractor role focuses on building new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving profitable volume with distributors, wholesalers and processing plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage customer accounts.
• Sell boxed beef products focused on wholesalers, distributors, and grindings.
• Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and supply agréments.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular in-person visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
• Coordinate orders, logistics and customer needs with internal operations teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events when applicable.
