Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outbound Manager, the Outbound Senior will have the following responsibilities:
+ Assist management with planning and leading teams
+ Identify and report damages, shortages or overages on unloaded trucks
+ Mentor, coach and give performance feedback to employees and assist management in facilitating employee development
