60% outpatient and 40% surgical
Practice and ER call required
Patient census: average 25 patients per clinic day and 8-12 surgeries per week

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary + Productivity
Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
