Organizational Change Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and leading change management activities. Focus areas include business readiness, executive alignment/commitment, and communications within program and project delivery. Collaboration with client, project team, and stakeholders to assess, implement, and evaluate change initiatives. Build understanding of organizational resources and capacity for change and develop processes, tools, and techniques to achieve objectives.
