Responsibilities:
Manage ERP systems and order data for all incoming customer orders.
Prepare, issue, and track client invoices.
Respond to and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.
Ensure accuracy of data entry and correct billing discrepancies.
Maintain and update sales orders through the order lifecycle.
Clearly and efficiently communicate with customers through phone and email.
Help solve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred.
