Role Summary: The client is seeking an experienced Oracle Simphony expert to provide an independent assessment and expert advisory on the current Simphony deployment, cost structure, issue ownership, and support model. The role will support leadership and franchise stakeholders by delivering fact based insights and a clear path to a healthy, cost effective, and accelerated deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Health Review
o Assess overall health of the Oracle Simphony environment (architecture, configuration, rollout approach)
o Identify key risks, issues, and improvement areas
o Recommend practical solutions to stabilize and optimize deployment
