Position Summary

Practices as a member of the multidisciplinary team, under the standards of The College of Nurses of Ontario, Accreditation Canada, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Long‑Term Care and policies of Deep River & District Health (DRDH).

Position Relationships

Reports directly to the Manager of Clinical Services of the area they are assigned to. Collaborates with staff, physicians, families and residents/patients, as well as external care providers to deliver care in response to the identified needs of patients and residents.
