**Essential Functions** - Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing - Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others. - Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs - Sales and account management administrative support - Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies - Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams - Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform. - Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team. - When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate. - Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables. - Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information t...
