What You’ll Do
Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
Ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment
Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
Foster a positive, engaged, and high‑performing team environment
Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross‑shift leadership
Enforce OSHA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks, inspections, and incident follow‑up
