Location: Northeast Texas (Must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to start)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Supervisor to lead operations across 7 McDonald’s restaurants in Northeast Texas. This critical leadership role will be responsible for overseeing one Area Supervisor and seven General Managers , ensuring high standards in operational performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all restaurant-level management teams
+ Drive consistent execution of McDonald's operational standards across all units
+ Develop, coach, and mentor the Area Supervisor and General Managers to foster growth and improve results
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, profitability, staffing, and customer experience
