As an Operations Officer II, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders, ensuring insurance-related documents and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role supports day-to-day back-office operations, handling high volumes of mail and transactions while maintaining strict attention to detail and data accuracy. The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment with potential for long-term conversion.
Responsibilities:
Sort, count, scan, and upload incoming mail into internal systems
Process return mail and learn associated internal systems and procedures
Handle customer requests received via mail and fax
Post cheque payments and resolve premium billing issues or errors
