We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Account Specialist to join our Small Business Banking team. Reporting to the Manager of Deposit Compliance Remediation, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer accounts remain compliant with financial regulations.
This is a back-office administrative role that involves conducting thorough file reviews, updating missing customer information, and supporting internal partners to provide a seamless banking experience.
