We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum bachelor's degree in hotel management (BHM) or equivalent hospitality qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in restaurants with South Asian cuisine, especially Nepalese Cuisine.

Proven leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality businesses.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards.

Experience with staff management, scheduling, and team development.

Good financial understanding including budgeting and cost control.

Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations (HMS / IK-Mat).

Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are an advantage).
