Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for business operations of GRJ. This full-time, permanent, managerial position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan. The role will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the business aspects of the firm independently and also work with the Partnership to develop strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Financial Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and year‑end financial reporting and reconciliation as completed by the Accounting Clerk to ensure compliance, including with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
