Overview:Directs and coordinates the daily activities of the manufacturing areas to include meat manufacturing and sanitation to meet or exceed plant’s KPIs in order to achieve business results.

+ Ensure attainment and quality of products in order to achieve distributor/customer total satisfaction. Take corrective measures to address any gaps within area of responsibility.
+ Supervise and provide directions for team members engaged in production, sanitation, cooking and chilling.
+ With support from HR and L&D, build and maintain an effective supervisory team.
+ Analyze operation on a continual basis to improve costs, quality and service.
