Top Nutrition & Fitness is a leading supplement and health-food retailer in downtown Montreal. Our store doubles as the fulfillment hub for our high-volume Shopify e-commerce business — so on any given day we're serving walk-in customers and shipping online orders across the country.

We've built real systems: SOPs, trackers, inventory controls, packing processes, sales tools. They work — but we know there's room to make them sharper, and we lean heavily on AI to do exactly that. We're looking for someone who can take what we already have, streamline it, improve it, and use modern tools (AI) to run the operation better than we could on our own.
