The Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing and supply chain functions within the organization. They are accountable for planning, directing and controlling all plant business activities including manufacturing and material management and warehouse functions while overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process from procurement of raw materials to production scheduling, inventory management, logistics and distribution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with suppliers, production, quality and sales teams to improve supply chain performance, minimize waste and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Will plan, direct and control all plant activities while overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process.
