This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for managing the activities of the Manufacturing area to achieve goals related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and personnel management.
The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the production team and the plant manager, ensuring that company policies, procedures, and objectives are implemented, respected, maintained, and properly documented on the production floor.
This role ensures adequate and timely support from service departments to the manufacturing floor, so production quality, quantity, and timing are not compromised, and manages information related to the critical performance indicators of the business unit.
