Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, performance management, learning & development and departures

Manage remote regions of northern Alberta and NWT, based on operational needs
Foster a strong safety-first culture by conducting regular audits, enforcing strict compliance with regulations and the company’s internal safety program, conducting regular training, and holding teams accountable to the highest safety standards to prevent incidents and ensure a secure work environment
Lead regular safety meetings (ex. 'Toolbox Talk’s) and training sessions to enhance employee skills, ensure safety protocol adherence, and foster industry best practices
