  • Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Oversee berries reception, validation, consolidation, and dispatch processes.

  • Ensure proper execution of the cold chain (coolers, storage, handling, temperature control).

  • Manage logistics and distribution, including coordination with suppliers and transportation.

  • Supervise packaging operations and ensure timely availability of materials.

  • Lead and manage large operational teams (including seasonal workforce fluctuations).

  • Adjust workforce planning based on volume variability.

  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs (efficiency, waste, service levels).
