Operations Executive role focused on financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination, and operational oversight across food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot any manpower cost discrepancies
Prepare analysis reports and data analysis
Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staffs
Conduct appraisals for outlet staff
Evaluate trainings conducted for outlet staff
Upkeep TMS & SAP system
Ensure SOP in place and ensure the staff execute it across the outlets accordingly
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to the problems
Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours...
