Drafting newsletters, articles, memos, announcements, and presentations for dissemination to employees and other stakeholders.
Managing communication calendars and assisting with the planning and execution of divisional meetings and events.
Employee Engagement:
Partnering to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.
Coordinating engagement activities such as town halls, training and learning opportunities, employee feedback surveys and recognition programs.
Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the employee experience
