We are hiring an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT for our contract in Red Lake, Ontario!

    • We are looking for an organized and self motivated individual to work in an administrative role from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime hours on weekends.

    Job Duties:

  • Contact and scheduling personnel for mobilization and crew rotation.
  • Assist with crew scheduling
  • Schedule travel and accommodations
  • Order materials for the contract
  • Assist with crew transportation (pickups & drop-offs)
  • Date entry 
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Administrative duties
  • Other tasks as required.
