This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 1 Technician at Marinus Services ULC. In this role, you will handle initial support calls, addressing common user issues to minimize downtime. Using your listening and problem-solving skills, you’ll perform basic troubleshooting, resolve routine issues, and expedite escalation of complex problems. Additionally, you will provide user training for software installations and peripheral configurations. Your work will ensure smooth operations, enhance user experience, and support business continuity.
