Production Supervisor – Glass Production Process (El Marques site)
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Glass Production process per-shift in El Marques site.

Drive the company´s culture advancement and the business transformation in the area.
Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution.
Create an open and empowering environment centered in the operators.
Connect the team to the company vision and effectively implement the business priorities.
Responsible for a production shift crew (technicians and unionized employees)
Connect with different capabilities such process, asset care, maintenance among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Supervisor experience in different levels, supervisor of supervisors is a plus.
