Role Overview
The Operation Planning Specialist will own production scheduling across the facility, balancing customer demand, raw material supply, and production capacity to deliver against committed delivery dates. The role liaises closely with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams, and communicates directly with regional and headquarters stakeholders in Mandarin.
