Be accountable for developing and establishing standardized business processes and systems for our client.
Recommend a project scope and set of objectives and milestones for a process improvement(s) consistent with the business requirements of the Sites and Nuclear Headquarters. Identify and address potential implementation issues surrounding organizational change, training of affected staff, data conversion problems, information systems upgrades, etc. Recommend project plans, priority sequence and schedules for a process improvement which reflect the business plans and process interdependencies. Review and redirect inputs to a process improvement plan on a regular basis to accommodate changes in project forecasts and requirements. Monitor process improvement performance and provide assessments to the Manager to facilitate re-direction. Recommend maintenance or redesign of processes.
