Your areas of responsibility include:
Steering and monitoring our onboarding process for securities fund launches and transfers end-2-end into Universal-Investment to ensure a delivery in-time and in-quality
Acting as central touchpoint and escalation body for clients and our internal departments during the end-2-end onboarding process
Managing internal and external stakeholders to keep them appraised of progress and communicate any additional requirements
Coordinating and facilitating the legal and operational setup (incl. cross country distribution requirements) of new mandates (fund launches as well as transfers) by interacting with clients and our internal departments
