Reporting to the Senior Lead - Technical Representatives on the Brand Experience team, you will empower a team of Representatives to deliver best‑in‑class service to key wholesale partners while fostering deep brand affinity within their communities. You will balance high‑level project ownership with frontline coaching, ensuring On’s premium positioning is reflected in every training, trial opportunity, and retail interaction.
