As an On Tech Brand Rep, you'll be the face of On in retail stores—educating/training store associates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Brand Education & Training: Share your knowledge of On products to educate store staff on features, benefits, and the brand's value.
In-Store Support: Conduct monthly store visits to train associates and ensure product placement, displays, and signage are on point.
Reporting & Insights: Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits, then submit detailed reports via our mobile app to help improve insight on associate education and brand presentation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in education/training of store associates
