To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What You'll Do
Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Assist in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
Assess the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
