Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate/MBA is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in managing renewable energy plants, preferably in inind energy sectors, with experience of wind turbine in-house maintenance management
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and cost control.

Knowledge of wind and solar power generation systems.
Familiarity with plant monitoring and management software.
