Job Description:
Sell IT Staff Augmentation services including dedicated developers, remote teams, and contract staffing to clients in the USA, Canada, and Australia
Drive new client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, outbound calls, networking, and referrals
Set meetings with decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, Engineering Managers, and Procurement teams
Understand client requirements and propose right-fit offshore staffing solutions
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain and update CRM pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups
