Act as the first responder to security alerts, alarms, emergencies, behavioural incidents, and potentially volatile situations across Town facilities
Conduct proactive patrols and inspections of Town-owned and operated properties to deter criminal activity, unauthorized access, vandalism, and safety risks
Investigate suspicious activities, manage incident scenes, issue warnings or Trespass Cautions, and liaise with emergency services and enforcement agencies as required
Prepare detailed incident reports, support fire drills, lockdowns and evacuations, and oversee third‑party security providers to ensure service standards are met
Support community events and facility operations by implementing effective security measures, providing customer service excellence, and performing emergency first aid services
