Supporting day‑to‑day work of the Office of the CEO by coordinating materials, tracking actions, and following up on next steps for executive priorities
Assisting with planning and delivery of internal and external events, including agendas, logistics, briefing materials, and post‑event follow‑up
Contributing to project work by maintaining trackers, coordinating inputs from multiple teams, and helping ensure initiatives stay on track
Conducting background research and helping draft summaries, presentations, or briefing notes to support decision‑making
Collaborating closely with the Advisor to the CEO, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, and partners across the organization
