They require a well-qualified Office Manager for their Vancouver location.

Office Management

Oversee the day-to-day office administration

Responsible for assisting the CEO and executive staff with office-related functions.

Manage the meeting room with documents/supplies needed.

Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the kitchen

Responsible for the maintenance and response from the company's email address. Filtering the requests to the appropriate person as needed

Handles all maintenance requests including but not limited to: IT support, plumbing, building maintenance, etc.

Oversees and manages employee vacation and sick time balance in conjunction with HR.

Works closely with CEO and HR to develop policies for the office

Be a Joint Health and Safety Committee member.

Interact with FedEx, UPS etc to ship and rece...
