About This Opportunity

Job description

  • Support the team with administrative and organisational matters; ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Work in an international environment and collaborate closely with internal ETH departments such as Finance & Controlling and Human Resources, as well as with external partners.
  • Be responsible for the contents and updates for the group website.
  • Manage funds and budgets, coordinate invoices and expense reports, and oversee projects, including reporting.
  • Employment begins: as soon as possible.
  • The position is a fixed‑term contract for 3 years.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of professional experience in a similar function.
  • Very good command of German and English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with research grant management and the related financial processes.
