Bilingual Housing Co-ordinator Position

We are looking for a Housing Manager with a strong interest in community housing to join our growing team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, clerical duties, and timely processing (maintaining site documents, filing, data entry/word processing, third‑party correspondence).
  • Accounting administration experience (accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accounting files).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Education and training in business administration or a related post‑secondary field.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; able to communicate with clients/members in person and via mail/email.
  • Leadership ability and capacity to work independently.
