Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Office & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our office, deliver a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, and help foster a vibrant, inclusive work culture. From managing facilities and equipment to coordinating events and supporting our teams, your contributions will help create a productive and enjoyable workplace for all.

Your day at a glance
  • Office & Administrative Support: manage general office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail, and vendor coordination; act as the main point of contact for facility-related requests and service providers; ensure a tidy, functional, and safe office for all employees and visitors.
