We are seeking two office administrators. Start date as soon as possible.

Salary $30.25 / hour. Full time: 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• At least 1 month of experience

Duties

• Ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities
• Co-ordinate and plan for driver accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security
• Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
• Perform data entry
• Oversee payroll administration
