About This Opportunity

We are currently hiring an entry-level Office Reception / Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the industrial sector with over 25 years of success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment with on-the-job training provided.

Location: Burlington, ON


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Pay Rate: $20/hour + 4% vacation pay added on top! Weekly pay on Friday’s.


Duties could included:


– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

– Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

– Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

– Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed

– Schedule appointments and manage calendars

– Assist with basic computerized bookkeeping tasks
