We’re hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to manage day‑to‑day accounting and support office operations. This hands‑on role is best suited for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Full‑cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, general ledger)
  • Payroll processing
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
  • Maintain accurate financial records

  • Coordinate with external accountants

Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping or similar role
