About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Produce and send invoices to clients, process and deposit receivables, maintain client databases and track accounts to oversee the invoicing workflow.
  • Manage overdue client accounts and send payment reminders.
  • Manage, gather and enter various data used to set revenue & expenditure targets.
  • Produce various reports such as employee logged hour reports & financial reports.
  • Monitor employee training requirements and schedule training when required.
  • Perform hiring duties such as managing job postings, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage and update company website as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT when office technology malfunctions or needs to be replaced/upgraded.
