Reporting to the Technical Product Manager for Engines, you will lead efforts to enhance product quality and manage technical documentation. Your role involves a mix of strategic planning, performance assessment, and close collaboration with both in-house teams and Caterpillar. Utilize your engineering knowledge to help implement improvements across multiple engine programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate service literature for current engines
• Analyze costs and benefits for service changes
• Facilitate updates to engine specifications
• Organize technical meetings for feedback and reviews
• Report on Document Change Request metrics
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related area
• 2–3 years' experience in relevant fields
