As an Occupational Therapist, you will work full-time or part-time within the Community Rehab Services team. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments for clients with Mental Health diagnoses or injuries and coordinating their return to work. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders will be critical for promoting programs that meet client needs and for achieving excellent outcomes.
