Nutrition Technician -ESTÁGIO
A Nutrition Technician is responsible for assisting the Nutritionist with supervision and maintenance of procedures on good practices in food handling.
**What will I be doing?**
A Nutrition Technician is responsible for assisting the Nutritionist in overseeing and keeping all procedures of good practices in food handling. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities:
- Complete and organize worksheets of control records
- Implement and enforce procedures of Food Safety in Food and Beverage team
- Check the quality of raw material in the receipt
- Follow procedures of out site catering
- Follow the Nutritionist in monthly technical visits to suppliers of raw materials
- Daily monitoring of production and distribution of food
- Attending to guest requests regarding nutrition
- Attending the authorities of sanitary inspection, when required
