ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Assist in the development of a facility-based and community-based hazards vulnerability assessment as part of emergency preparedness planning. + Investigate accidents or injuries and prepare reports of findings; review findings with the Administrator and the Risk Manager. + Participate in the annual facility assessment to ensure the available resources meet the needs of the resident population. + Ensure the safe and proper functioning of the environment and equipment that are necessary to care for the resident population in the facility. + Evaluate and document facility maintenance and equipment needs . + Provide facility ...
