The Nursery Field Service Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing field operations for a nursery specializing in large trees, shrubs, and landscape-grade plants. This position ensures that planting, maintenance, harvesting, and shipping activities run smoothly throughout the growing season. The supervisor leads a small team, manages equipment and irrigation systems, and supports administrative tasks related to plant movement and inventory.

Seasonal Position: Dependent on weather, however typically February – November

Pay Rate: $27.30 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, full-time hours
